1. Overview

2. Treatment Model

Vitalé Haus operates under a clinically assessed, patient-specific treatment model in accordance with Australian regulatory standards. All treatments:

  • Require prior consultation
  • Are based on individual suitability
  • Are delivered at the discretion of the practitioner

Walk-in or immediate treatments are not offered.

3. Consultation

All clients must complete a pre-treatment consultation (telehealth or in person). This includes:

  • Medical history review
  • Suitability assessment
  • Personalised treatment planning

Treatment will not proceed without prior consultation and clinical approval.

4. Medical Disclosure

You must provide accurate and complete information regarding:

  • Medical conditions
  • Medications and supplements
  • Allergies
  • Pregnancy or breastfeeding status

You acknowledge that treatment suitability is determined based on the information you provide. Vitalé Haus is not responsible for outcomes resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or withheld information.

5. Consent

A signed consent form is required on-site prior to treatment. By signing, you confirm that:

  • You understand the treatment and associated risks
  • You have had the opportunity to ask questions
  • You voluntarily agree to proceed

No treatment will be performed without signed consent.

6. Risks & Acknowledgement

IV Therapy IV therapy carries potential risks including:

  • Bruising, swelling, or discomfort
  • Infection (rare)
  • Phlebitis
  • Allergic or adverse reactions
  • Dizziness or nausea

NAD+ therapy may produce temporary physiological responses, including:

  • Nausea or abdominal discomfort
  • Chest tightness or pressure
  • Flushing or warmth
  • Fatigue or headache

These effects vary depending on dosage, infusion rate, and individual tolerance. Treatment may require adjustment to infusion rate or dosage to ensure comfort and safety. By proceeding, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

7. Clinical Discretion

Vitalé Haus reserves the right to:

  • Modify treatment
  • Adjust dosage or infusion rate
  • Pause or discontinue treatment

At any time, based on clinical judgement and client safety.

8. Treatment Outcomes

Results vary between individuals. Vitalé Haus does not guarantee specific outcomes, timelines, or identical responses between treatments.

9. Bookings & Deposit

Booking Requirement A $50 non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure all bookings. Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received. The deposit is deducted from your treatment total.

Rescheduling

  • Minimum 72 hours’ notice required
  • Deposit will be applied to the rescheduled appointment

Late Cancellation & Non-Attendance If less than 72 hours’ notice is provided, or you fail to attend:

  • The deposit will be forfeited
  • A new deposit will be required for future bookings

Programs & Packages For treatment programs:

  • Missed or late cancellations may result in deposit forfeiture, or deduction of the session from the package

Discontinuation If treatment is discontinued:

  • The deposit remains non-refundable
  • Remaining services are managed in accordance with your agreed plan

10. Pricing & Additional Fees

  • Mobile appointments incur a location-based travel fee ($20–$70 depending on distance)
  • Public holiday appointments may incur a surcharge (Mobile: +$100, In-Clinic: +15%)
  • A $50 consultation and clinical assessment fee applies (valid for 12 months)
  • All pricing is confirmed prior to booking

11. Payments

Full payment is required on the day of treatment (or prior if specified). Accepted payment methods include:

  • Card
  • Cash
  • Afterpay

Processing fees may apply. Afterpay is subject to provider terms and minimum spend requirements.

12. Mobile Services

Clients must provide a safe, clean, and suitable environment with adequate space, lighting, and access. Clients are encouraged to provide suitable parking where possible. Where access is limited or parking incurs additional costs, this will be discussed prior to the appointment. Vitalé Haus reserves the right to decline or reschedule appointments where conditions are unsuitable.

13. Teeth Whitening

Teeth whitening is a cosmetic treatment and does not replace dental advice or care. Clients are responsible for seeking dental advice where appropriate prior to treatment.

Risks:

  • Temporary tooth sensitivity
  • Gum irritation
  • Variable or uneven results

Results are not guaranteed and may vary between individuals.

14. Group Bookings

Group bookings must be arranged in advance and are subject to availability.

  • Deposits may be required
  • 72 hours’ notice is required for changes
  • Late cancellations may result in forfeiture

All participants must complete consultation and consent.

15. Service Interruptions

Vitalé Haus is not liable for delays, rescheduling, or cancellations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to illness, supply delays, or operational issues.

16. Client Conduct

Vitalé Haus reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services where client behaviour is inappropriate, unsafe, or non-compliant with practitioner instructions.

17. Liability

To the extent permitted under Australian law, Vitalé Haus is not liable for:

  • Outcomes affected by undisclosed conditions
  • Individual variations in response
  • Indirect or consequential loss

Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).

18. Privacy

We comply with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Your information is used only for clinical, administrative, and legal purposes.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
